The Story behind yearling Solutions

The Problem I Saw—Over and Over Again

My career has taken me across industries—financial services, insurance, higher education, retail, and technology consulting—and across leadership roles, including CISO, VP of IT, and Director of Security. I’ve helped organizations navigate complex risk, build scalable infrastructure, lead through M&A transitions, operationalize threat response, and adopt emerging technologies with confidence.

But regardless of size or sector, I kept seeing the same critical gaps:

  • Talent that looked great on paper but couldn’t deliver under pressure 
  • Security programs that focused more on checkbox compliance than actual risk
  • Innovation efforts launched without a secure foundation or scalable architecture
  • Executive teams left under-supported and overexposed

Why Yearling Exists
